CHINA BAR GROUP of Restaurants’ humble beginning started in 1996. The flagship store opened is situated right at the corner of Russell Street and Lonsdale Street. As Melbourne city grew, China Bar grew too. As of today, our group has over 29 restaurants, 6 brands and still growing strong locally and internationally.

With a simple philosophy behind: “A true local brand that gives you an authentic Asian dining experience”, the main focus is to deliver the best Asian cuisine for the local community to savour.
